The Nike Air Max 720 “Aurora Borealis” Features An Iridescent Glow

Serving as one of the Swoosh’s chief releases for its upcoming Air Max Day festivities in March, the Air Max 720 is set to make its grand debut at retail in an “Aurora Borealis” colorway inspired by the natural phenomenon. The silhouette, originally previewed in Fall 2018, boasts the all-new 720 Max unit, a number derived for its 360-degree coverage on both a latitudinal and longitudinal scope, while the eccentric upper was designed with a retro-future aesthetic in mind. This is just one of several Air Max 720 colorways that are set to launch in Spring 2019, with some derived from nature and others blending some vivid colorways to truly stand out from the pack. These images reveal a closer look at the light iridescent finish on the upper as well as the midsole unit, so take a closer look at stay tuned as we gear up for the sixth annual Air Max Day celebration.
