The adidas Ultra Boost 4.0 “Chinese New Year” Is Available

For the last few weeks, we have seen Nike and adidas roll out new colorways of a number of their top models dressed in color schemes designed specifically for the upcoming Chinese New Year. Of course, the Three Stripe’s CNY festivities would not be complete without an entrant from the famed Ultra Boost, coming dressed in a Core Black and Scarlet colorway of its 4.0 variety. Special CNY-friendly details arrive via an all-over pattern on its laces as well as a matching motif on its custom insoles. A finishing touch arrives via its adidas tongue tag, as alongside the brand’s familiar Trefoil logo sits a “Ren Zhe” hit that signifies the famous Chinese artist known for casting and smelting metal figures, leading to this Boost’s black and fiery read color scheme. Those looking to add these clean Ultra Boosts to their collection today can head over to the detailed list of retailers you see here and tell us what you think of this model in the comments below.
