The adidas NMD has had an interesting series of recreations, seeing the world in a variety of different outfits and colorways. In what is effectively a return to form in more ways than one, the Three Stripes is adorning its ever-iconic NMD R1 in a tooling that pays homage to the first ever Ultra Boost colorway. Bearing an almost uncanny resemblance to the Kanye-worn kit, the urban explorative model takes on the 1.0 weave pattern, featuring the recognizable triangular shape along the forefoot, pairing perfectly with the texture found throughout the rest of the upper. The support cap towards the rear comes dressed in the iconic shade of purple, finishing off a fitting celebration to what set the German Sportswear brand ablaze.
