The Nike Vapormax Plus Arrives In A Speedy Yellow And Black

A hybrid design that combines the timeless Air Max Plus with modern-day detailing from the popular Vapormax, the Nike Vapormax Plus is an ultra-popular combination of old and new, seemingly able to take on any color combination and make it look good. Now, the latest pair to surface is a bumblebee-style combination of yellow and black that continues the Plus’s propensity for loud colorways. A bright bumblebee yellow serves as the base for the upper and midsole, while glossy black accents appear on the plastic midfoot cage, the upper’s smattering of small Swooshes, and the black heel tab. A yellow Cushlon midsole then separates the upper from the Vapormax cushioning unit. The cushioning unit then calls upon a gradient fade — one of the Vapormax Plus’s signature details — to complete the bright and bold look.
