The Nike Air Vortex Returns In Autumn-Like Colors

The Nike Air Vortex Returns In Autumn-Like Colors

A 1985 running classic, the Nike Air Vortex has been sporadically popping up as part of the Swoosh Brand’s seasonal lifestyle releases over the last few years, and now it’s set to arrive in an autumnal palette of tan, burgundy/brown, and gold. Although the tan forefoot, eyestays, and heel bear similarities to the Game Worn Vortex collab with Nike-affiliated artist Juwop that released in 2018, the quarter panels, swoosh, and heel collar ensure that this classic pair of Nike shoes has a look all its own, thanks to gold nylons and dark burgundy leather. Small pops of high-vis reflective material are dispersed throughout the upper to ensure visibility, and a retro white nylon tongue/classic gum outsole complete the timeless stylings. Check out a full set of official images and a store list for this new Vortex colorway below, and expect a release in the coming weeks for a reasonable retail price of $90 USD.
