James Harden Has A “What The” Style adidas Harden Vol. 3 Coming Soon

James Harden is unstoppable. The Houston Rockets guard/MVP frontrunner averaged a whopping 36.1 points per game this season, the highest total ever for a player not named Michael Jordan or Wilt Chamberlain, so adidas is paying homage to The Beard’s scintillating performance with a “What The”-style makeup of his Harden Vol. 3. Entitled the “Different Breed,” the silhouette features a veritable medley of colors and materials from Vol. 3 colorways that dropped over the course of the season, ranging from shimmering red and blue patent leather on the toeboxes to mis-matching forefoot overlays and stenciled zebra print on the right shoe’s medial midfoot. Neon and pastel tones abound for the accents, and each shoe is brought together with a full-length white Boost midsole, the only thing that the left and the right foot have exactly in common. An official release date has not been announced yet, but you can expect these high-level Hardens to hit shelves as his Houston Rockets attempt to make their way through the grueling Western Conference Playoffs this summer, and stay tuned to our Sneaker Release Dates page for further updates as they’re available.
