adidas NMD R1 Primeknit Returns In Ash Grey

adidas NMD R1 Primeknit Returns In Ash Grey

Although the adidas NMD R1 doesn’t enjoy the same all-consuming hype that it did when it first released, it’s still an important part of the adidas Originals lineup, and now it’s surfaced in a new Primeknit-equipped “Ash Grey” makeup. Although the all-grey upper is simple in its color, it’s anything but in its textures. A loose knit that appears almost boucle-esqe at first glance covers the majority of the real estate here, and it’s accented by tightly woven pieces around the toebox and on the collar. The midfoot’s Three Stripes graphic gets in on the fabricated fun as well, using a soft terry cloth-style material. Branding on the heel clip and heel tab round off the upper, and the shoe is completed by a white Boost midsole with grey bricks/a grey outsole. These adidas NMDs are available now at international stockists like Shelta, and will likely arrive on adidas.com in the US soon, so get a first look below and let us know what you think of the alternate stylings.
