The Nike Air Max 97 Ultra Appears In Infrared And Court Purple

A slightly streamlined take on the already-sleek Nike Air Max 97, the Nike Air Max 97 Ultra offers an alternate style to one of the most beloved Air Max silhouettes ever, and it’s now appeared in a new infrared, white, and purple colorway. Giving off old-school Toronto Raptors vibes, these Nike shoes combine smooth white leather/synthetic overlays with fabricated underlays, starting with a rich purple on the front before fading to a berry shade on the midfoot and a bright infrared on the heel. A silver midfoot panel with a white swoosh furthers the design’s overall air of speed, while a red tongue with purple detailing locks in the upper’s color scheme. Down below, a while midsole, red Air Max cushioning unit, and bold purple outsole complete the look. These loud Maxes will release on Nike.com and at select Swoosh Brand stockists for $160 USD in the coming weeks, so enjoy a gallery of official images below in the meantime.
