Where To Buy The Nike Air Fear Of God Raid In Black

After both an Air Fear Of God Raid and an Air Fear Of God Moc released in April, designer Jerry Lorenzo and Nike are continuing their collaborative project in May with a new black colorway of the Fear Of God Raid. The Fear Of God frontman has long been open about his appreciation for the classic Nike Air Raid, and the classic basketball shoe’s recognizable design ethos is evident in the FOG Raid, thanks to the upper’s criss-crossing straps and 3/4 cut. However, FOG’s specialty is combining luxury and sport, so they’ve crafted a tasteful-yet-luxurious homage, using a premium black suede for the tonal upper, while a sporty mesh provides material contrast. A wide-slung lacing system contributes to the stripped-back stylings, and a fossil-colored midsole with tonal embossed branding and a double-stacked heel Zoom Air unit then complete the look. You can expect this new colorway of the high-fashion-meets hoops silhouette to release on May 17th for $190 USD, so check out a store list below to see what retailers will have stock come release day.
