Where To Buy The Stranger Things x Nike Cortez “Upside Down”

As true an homage to the series as any, the Stranger Things x Nike collaborations continue with its third and arguably most thrilling capsule thus far. Taking on a connecting motif across its three-part range, the Nike Cortez sports retro aesthetics in a likeness only the “Upside Down” could welcome. Fittingly dubbed as such, the entire exterior constructions feature a webbed texture almost mimicking the odious surroundings of the parallel world itself. In a connection the weakness of the many creatures at large, the tan-toned threads burn off to reveal the midnight indigo of the underlying denim fabrications, with swooshes taking shape thanks to the outline of the remaining frayed edges. Heel tabs, once revealed, are then adorned with the series logo in red type, matching the tongue tab that sports the Nike iconography. Small nods lie hidden throughout the insoles and its graphic footbed,  further fleshing out a deep-seated love letter to the Netflix Original. Grab a detailed look at the pair — both burned and untouched — right below and find it rolling out to the select retailers listed below come August 13th.
