The Nike N.354 Huarache Type Gets A Military-Inspired Upgrade

Starting off simple with white and blue and then transitioning into all black make-ups, the Nike N.354 offerings grows by one more notch with its Huarache Type, dressing it up in battle-ready military issue with almost camouflaging tones comprising much of its presentation. The scheme, as the pair’s most colorful yet, uses neutral whites and blacks sparingly atop the entire midsole and rear overlays, respectively. Profile cages, which double as eye stays, don a deep brown in ballistic mesh with its underlying base preferring the more saturated face of an olive green. Ripstop textures, an often used material along BDU trousers and jackets, add gridded texture throughout the forefoot while quilted tongues and diverge in both tonality and feel. Branding is kept largely minimal this time around: thin line swoosh hits can be found right at the toe while penciled “N.354” and accompanying iconography take place on the back half.
