The Vapormax 2019’s signature is undeniably its semi-translucent TPE upper, which here is dressed in a dark stone grey and held together by black taped seams. However, dark tones are simply the base: there’s a plentiful amount of hot red to be had as well. Vibrant crimson tones are littered across the upper’s embellishments — from the visible midfoot underlay to the Swoosh, tongue, and heel — while down below, the Vapormax cushioning unit is dressed entirely in sweltering cardinal hues.
