The Spongebob Squarepants x Nike Kyrie 5 Expands With A “Pineapple House” Colorway

Gaining overwhelming momentum thanks to its many Spongebob Squarepants inspired make-ups, the Nike Kyrie 5 expands with yet another vibrant take. Rather than honoring the zany cast of characters, the model is now borrowing the likeness of the titular character’s pineapple-shaped abode. Translating every fixture and notable element with precision, the uppers print arrives in deep connection to the fruit of choice: its light tans and slightly darker splotched line with zigzags just as it appears in the television series. Swooshes close to the heel take on the shape and color of his port window while the overlaid lace shield bears the leafy greens of the house’s crown. The metallic silvers of the doors and bent chimney can be found along the midsole with speckles towards the heel calling to the sands that surround. Grab a detailed look at this latest entry in the capsule right here, and stay tuned for word on its release at select retailers and likely Nike.com.
