The Nike Pegasus 36 Trail Gets Protected With GORE-TEX

The Nike Pegasus 36 Trail Gets Protected With GORE-TEX

Following in the mud covered tracks of Jun Takahashi’s GYAKUSOU line, the mainline editions of the Nike Pegasus 36 Trail have taken it upon themselves to upgrade for the inbound winter season as well as the harsh, tumultuous downpours sure to ensue. Growing in reputation rapidly from day to day — so much so they’ve left behind the small operations of Visvim — the iconic GORE-TEX fabrication sees its way onto two takes of the aforementioned silhouette. Neither as colorful or as playful as the collaborative make-up, both pairs — one a deep olive and the next a monochrome black — leaves little to be desired in the way of performance. Dressed like classic military MA-1s in its colorway, the bolder options takes on the sultry greens at its base with treads as well as insoles matching the bright oranges of the jacket’s usual lining. The neutral alternative bears the same footbed but within the framing more neutral: hits of both black, grey, and little else can be found filling the profile swoosh, eye stay taping, branding hits as well as the enlarged “GORE-TEX” type right laid out right along the lateral. Grab a detailed look at both right here and find them hitting stores and Nike.com very soon on October 10th.

UPDATE: The Pegasus 36 Trail dropped early at Nike.com with members access.
