adidas Spezial’s Fall/Winter 2019 Collection Is Inspired By Football In The Winter

With the Fall/Winter season officially kicked off, adidas Originals looks to shine a spotlight on their SPEZIAL division, unveiling its latest footwear and apparel collection influenced by the styling of Northern England. Drawing inspiration from winter on the terraces of British football arenas, this latest initiative aims to merge the Three Stripes’ sportswear heritage with modern technology and premium materials. Four models will be included in this forthcoming footwear lineup including the Winterhill, Hoddelsden, SL Runner, and the Blackburn – a brand new silhouette inspired and named after the Lancashire town in which Gary Aspden, the host of the Spezial archival footwear exhibit, spent much of his upbringing. Aside from the SL Runner, each shoe carries a color scheme that resembles its respective European city, but all feature premium material builds designed to stay true to its original archive models. The shoes will range from $120-180 USD, so take a closer look here below and expect them to drop on October 11th alongside matching apparel items.
