The Air Jordan 4 Winter Looks Like A Retro, But Acts Like A Boot

No amount of rain, sleet, or snow has ever stopped a true Jordan fanatic from wearing Retros in crappy weather, but Jordan Brand made sure to deliver some beefed up options fit for the occasion. Previous “Winterized” iterations of Air Jordans saw the base model get several enhancements in the form of hiking-boot D-ring eyelets and rugged traction patterns (ie. the Air Jordan 9 Boot), but others – like last year’s Air Jordan 12 Winterized – saw the silhouette relatively untouched, with the improvements rather undetectable to the naked eye. The same principle is being used for this upcoming Air Jordan 4 Winter, which sees the ’89 classic get re-dressed in waterproof exteriors and plush interior linings. Simply put, the shoes act like a cozy boot, but looks the part of the Retro. While we have nearly two months until the actual release, you can check the official images of the Air Jordan 4 Winter below.
