PEACEMINUSONE Continues Their Collaborations With An Embroidered Converse Chuck 70

Essentially rolling through some of G-Dragon’s favorite silhouettes, PEACEMINUSONE and the overarching Nike umbrella have given the Korean entertainment sensation the opportunity to bring his own DIY-inspired design ethos onto center stage. First adding paint streaks to the Air Force 1, the Big Bang leader and fashion icon is now dressing up the Chuck 70 in a simple execution more befitting of his own personal style. Often dyeing, distressing, and tweaking pairs out of his own personal wardrobe, the collaborative touch-up is more so an extension of such an approach with a standard black base featuring only modifications of embroidery and subtle screen print. The latter, which sits right at the medial along the foxing, is a half visible piece of type that spells out “PEACEMINUSONE” with its standard strikethrough. Opposing sides are just a bit less busy with its use of the label’s signature sunflower motif complete with one petal missing in nod to their namesake. Grab a quick look these just right below, and with likely more details yet to be seen, keep it locked as information arises.
