G-Dragon Officially Announces Upcoming PEACEMINUSONE x Nike Collaboration

Leaked many a time just throughout the last few months, G-Dragon and his very own label PEACEMINUSONE have clearly spent quite a bit of time on his own Nike collaborations: a fitting, and momentous celebration in honor of the K-Pop legend’s release from the army. Bearing no militaristic influence, however, the pair — which is likely to be the Air Force 1 of distressed accents — is more a return to his most playful form and a passionate nod to the customizations he makes on his personal pairs. Uppers are seemingly hand-painted in stark black, showcasing imperfections through its finish with white swooshes, lining, and sole units likely being the only remains of what may have been an underlying Triple White pair. Tongues brandish with the label’s classic sunflower logo — complete with just one petal missing in connection to its namesake — while the walls of the midsole take on subtle brush marks throughout, a personal motif that is matched only by the tie-dye insole. Grab a quick look at these right here and keep an eye out for word on official release dates and images.
