Nike Announces Official Partnership With The NYC Parks With Air Force 1 “ALL FOR 1” Release

Often more notable than the city itself, the NYC parks across the borough are by and large one of the most definitive aspects of the bustling metropolis. With Nike, though stationed first and foremost in Portland, Oregon and having retail branches from SOHO to 5th Ave and even owning their own base of operations right by Penn Station, it’s only fitting to honor these vast respites of concrete through a celebratory Air Force 1. Even more, Nike NYC has formed an official partnership with the city of New York to create experiences and produce products that align to important sport and community moments in the city.

As part of the brand’s ALL FOR 1 series, which highlights key cities across the nation, this Nike Air Force 1 is part of the twelve-piece apparel capsule that features iconography of the NYC Parks throughout the collection. As for the shoes, a blacked out base is touched up with differing materials as toe boxes, heel wraps, and swooshes bear their own unique textures of pebbling and tumbling. Mesh profiles sit right underneath the curve of the check while further embellishments by way of the central lockdown, logo tabs, and speckled soles throw the kit far out of the norm. Grab a detailed look at the pair here and find them rolling out to select retailers and Nike.com on December 5th.
