Once again intersecting the worlds of sportswear and luxury fashion, adidas is linking up with Prada for a two-prong collaboration that celebrates tradition, technology, and innovation. Highlighting two of the most iconic pieces in each of their label’s history, the two brands are pairing the adidas Superstar – which is currently in the midst of its 50th anniversary – and the signature Bowling Bag for an extremely limited bundle. Each item focuses on keeping a minimal ethos yet is manufactured to the highest of quality thanks to the soft-yet premium leathers that each product is comprised of. For the Superstars, classic white base layers take up a majority of the real estate, followed by branded hits of the Italian fashion house embellished atop the lateral heels as well as the tongue stamps. Limited to only 700 sets in existence, this bundle will be dropping on adidas.com tomorrow, December 4th at 10am ET for a very handsome retail tag of $3,170 USD.
