On-Foot Look At The Air Jordan 3 SE “Animal Instinct”

On-Foot Look At The Air Jordan 3 SE “Animal Instinct”

The Jordan Brand team was able to sprinkle a handful of releases for their iconic Air Jordan 3 over the course of 2019, but none have proven to be more wild than its upcoming makeover set to arrive this holiday season. A silhouette that is traditionally engineered with heaps of tumbled leather and elephant printed overlays is forgone entirely for an escalated SE iteration that looks as if it was birthed straight out of a Madagascar jungle. Tinker Hatfield’s ’88 classic gets remixed with some atmos-esque flair, adding animalistic patterns from zebra and tiger stripes, to leopard spots, to velvety skins of a black panther applied to its upper build. Punchy red Jumpman logos, mustard heel molds, and gum outsoles are also thrown into the mix for some additional vibrant touches. If you’re looking to get your hands on a pair, they will be available on Thursday, December 19th at select Jordan retailers for $225 USD.
