The Nike Kyrie 6 Is Getting The Animal Print Treatment

The Nike Kyrie 6 Is Getting The Animal Print Treatment

Among the Nike Kyrie 6 colorways — of which there are a lot — it’s hard to truly point out the standouts; after the wild, colorful, and heartwarming reveal of the latest “Aunt Pearl” tooling, the trajectory for the model has been firmly set on the avant grade and surprisingly fashionable, ostensibly forgoing that of the playful, pop culture infused themes of Friends and Spongebob Squarepants. And though Irving’s latest signature had but only a few months to stretch its legs, it’s surely done much more than imaginable, spawning a vast array with one more affirming direction with animal print straps and gradient coloring. Elsewhere, however, the palette is unassuming, staying neutral with synthetics and bases accented by black embroidered swooshes otherwise. At the strap is where the focal motif lies, switching up from a light pastel pink, which also dresses the heel counter, to a somewhat saturated blue, splotched atop with patterns reminiscent of a cheetah sans its warm-tinged tonality. Grab a detailed look at this pair right here, and if you’re interested in picking up a set for yourself, it’s likely they’ll be releasing early on in 2020 at Nike.com and select retailers.
