The Nike Joyride Dual Run Arrives In A Familiar Palette On January 30th

With React and Vapormax behind them, Nike is beginning to hone their sights in on their newer Joyride tech, the bead-filled cushioning engineered to enhance impact absorption, energy return, and the overall user experience. After some brief women’s and kids’ exclusives as well as a technical collaboration with ALYX’s Matthew M. Williams, the proprietary innovation is leading the charge into 2020 with the Joyride Dual Run. First seen in more neutral arrangements as well as follow-ups of the same school of design, the model’s latest is one of familiar palettes, paying subtle homage to the original silhouette that stoked the flame mere months ago. Upper mesh composes of bright whites with various taping across diverting by way of grey shade — this includes much of the forefoot embellishments as well as the swoosh’s backings whose metallic finish opens at its ends to a laced heel pull. Color, though punchy, takes a supporting role, speaking boldly atop the tread and eye stay in a bright red while the tongue patch, miniature check, and heel panel dress up in a light blue. Grab a detailed look at these right here and find them releasing at select retailers as well as Nike.com on January 30th.
