Nike Unveils The Air Force 1 React D/MS/X Dropping on January 17th

Last November, Nike’s innovative React technology was lent to the hands of New York City’s very own Ghetto Gastro collective to, for the first time ever, incorporate into an Air Jordan 1 Low silhouette for its celebratory FEARLESS ONES initiative. And now, it appears that this fusion-inspired mentality is now being brought to the table once again by the Beaverton imprint as they have just announced their impending Air Force 1 React D/MS/X model. Uniting three elements of the Swoosh brand, this newfound lifestyle sneaker intersects the classic Air Force 1 Low with a React cushioning unit and the conceptual language of their D/MS/X lineage. Upper regions swap out its midfoot panel for a mesh material, Swoosh logos are now boldy printed in an oversized manner, and the eyestays are slightly altered with a curvy shape for look that bridges the gap between old and new. Additionally, the AF1 star shapes usually found on the forefoot/heel areas of the outsole have been substituted with Nike’s signature React pattern, and branded elements of both the cushioning technology and D/MS/X now arrive towards the rear. Set to release in three colorways including a white/red, black/green, and grey/volt will debut on January 17th on Nike.com, the Nike app, and select retailers.
