The Nike Air Max 270 React ENG Adapts The Air Max 95’s Neon Colorway

It’s not uncommon for Beaverton to dig into their historical file cabinet to use previous successful models and colorways to inspire their newer footwear generations. In fact, one of the more frequently used variations is the Nike Air Max 95 whose original grey and neon volt colorway has influenced many a silhouette within the Swoosh brand such as the Air Max 1, the LeBron 15, and more recently the upcoming Air Jordan 4 Retro SE scheduled for a release in March. And now, a true incident of bridging the gap between past and future is about to take place, as the popular duo-colored combination is arriving on this forthcoming makeover of the newly launched Air Max 270 React ENG. A majority of the upper overlays get treated with a mostly grey application, and feature similar gradience to its muse within its hosted curvy molds. Its more vibrant accents find themselves in all the right places as the volts dress up the Swoosh logos, lace loops, and traditional Air unit down below to further expand upon its best AM 95 impression. See a detailed look here below, and find these dropping on Nike.com in the coming weeks for a $170 price point.
