The Nike Vapormax Plus Pairs Up Blends University Red And Psychic Blue

The Nike Vapormax Plus Pairs Up Blends University Red And Psychic Blue

While the Nike Vapormax lineage hasn’t received much attention from the sneaker audience lately, possibly due to the rapid outpour of newer silhouettes, as well as the craze of All-Star weekend releases, it’s still being kept afloat with occasional appearances from its Vapormax Plus. Setting out to cease its short run of colorways geared more so towards tonal character, it’s making another January emergence, this time opting for a more playful color blend. While the main layer of the shoe is left untouched to a classic white, it allows additional features of the shoe including that of the cages, midsoles, and sock liners to lift up its spirit. Conjoined together are two signature pigments of the Swoosh brand as “University Red” and “Psychic Blue” tones take care of all of the accented hits for a look that supplies the hybrid silhouette with a theme reminiscent of the throwback Houston Oiler uniforms that inspired Travis Scott’s Air Jordan 4 collaboration. You can view more detailed shots of the pair here below, so check out a closer look and expect these to be dropping in select Nike retailers soon for $200.
