Official Images Of The Nike Air Force 1 Low BHM

As far as Nike is concerned, February is one of the busiest months in terms of sneaker releases. Likely with their plates full, the umbrella was able to debut two Jordan Brand silhouettes in time for the Super Bowl while preparing a full collection from various components of the umbrella — inline basketball, Converse, and much more. With the start of the month, however, annual sporting fare is not the only thing that should be on your radar as the 1st officially kicked off Black History Month, an event the Swoosh was well-equipped for. Teased in full leading up to its beginnings, the pack grew slowly from one signature to another, with the Air Force 1 the unofficially decided leader. Its release near coincided with the launch of the holiday, sporting heritage tones of yellow, red, green, and blue on its paneling in seldom. Bases lie much darker, dressing in a mix of black materials — some open knit mesh and others a smoothened leather finish — with extra interest bolstered via a minimal set of eyelets and blowout found at the toe box, the latter a destructive detail that reveals what appears to be a steel toe. “BHM” branding then tags across the tongue in subtlety while its insole variation prefers a little extra color. Grab a detailed look here and find them available on SNKRS on February 19th.
