The Air Jordan 1 React Returns With Gridded Nylon Uppers

The Air Jordan 1 React — to put things mildly — is objectively the most eclectic shape the core silhouette has gotten in its decades of releases, contradicting everything the 1985 recreation aims to do. Stitch for stitch, and element by element, the pair finishes what is an outwardly futuristic aesthetic replete with an emphasized tooling, bubble swooshes, contrast stitching, and much more all in one package. Its latest further leans into this realm of design as it adds prints iconic to the digital age, outfitting much of the base with gridded nylon. Elsewhere, overlaid materials are relatively more close to form in wrinkled grey leathers; the toe box lies similar as it sticks to a much smoother finish in stark black. Laces just above, however, remove the typical flats for accentuated roping that leads upwards to an overwhelming large pink eyelet whose tone matches that of the check’s outlining thread. Neons dose their way even more as it dyes the lining in Barely Volt while giving the cushioning on the exterior a saturated blue hit. Grab a detailed look at these right here and expect a release to hit soon at Nike.com.
