The Original Air Jordan 5 In Fire Red And Metallic Silver Is Arriving In Kids Sizes

The Original Air Jordan 5 In Fire Red And Metallic Silver Is Arriving In Kids Sizes

The Air Jordan 5 is long overdue for an OG release — its Off-White collaboration and “Top 3” unveil making that very painfully obvious. But, with Coronavirus near shutting down the world as we know it, it looks like we won’t be getting the forthcoming “Fire Red” as soon as we were supposed to. Dressed in its typical leather constructions and metallic silver tongues, the pair is a true-to-form recreation, with accents elsewhere closely matching alongside. Black midsoles streak with red wrappings, linings arrive colored to complement, and the tread pokes at the heel and near the forefoot in an icy make-up. Postponed about a month, it looks like the launch will include kids sizes as well, hitting shelves — if all goes well — on April 25th at Nike.com and select shops.

UPDATE (4/8/2020)
The Air Jordan 5 “Fire Red” has been postponed once again. Expect retailers to let go of their pairs now on May 2nd.
