New Balance Brings Back The 827 Abzorb In Original Colorways

New Balance Brings Back The 827 Abzorb In Original Colorways

In this day and age, when it comes to re-introducing silhouettes to a newer generation, sometimes the best way to do so is to first spotlight it with a collaboration to generate interest/excitement, and then revive its OG colorways shortly after. This is certainly the case with New Balance’s 827 Abzorb, as after embarking on a collaborative (and successful) trio of releases with Aimé Leon Dore, the model is bringing back a duo of its original make-ups. Visually, both structure their mesh and leather base layers with a cleaner white complexion, which thus leaves space for the colored doses to do the heavy lifting. Sprinkled across each option’s lace loops, midsoles, and underlays comes hits of Knicks-reminiscent blues and oranges on the first pair, while the second variation leans heavily on Bulls-esque red and black hues. These are now available at select overseas retailers for approximately $145 USD a piece (Note that the retailer listed below is not currently shipping to the US). Check out a detailed look here below and note that they will be dropping globally on April 2nd.
