Civilist’s Upcoming Nike SB Dunk Low To Feature Heavy Pebbled Leather

Civilist’s Upcoming Nike SB Dunk Low To Feature Heavy Pebbled Leather

The Nike SB Dunk Low continues its reign as frontrunner of Nike SB’s mainstream revival as it’s recently appeared in yet another collaborative outfit. This time, courtesy of Berlin-based skate shop Civilist.

The upcoming low-top SB Dunk falls inline with both brands’ previous joint-efforts. A monochromatic color scheme covers everything from the model’s signature puffy tongue to its profile Swooshes. An SB Dunk High and SB Stephen Janoski co-created by the German retailer and Nike SB in 2013 and 2015, respectively, delivered deceptively simple arrangements, but their respective quilted leather, digital-glitch-like patterns and river current graphics proved otherwise. Similarly, Civilist’s newest SB Dunk Low features heavy pebbling throughout forefoot, ankle and heel overlays à la “atmos Elephant” option. Furthermore, co-branded insoles are clad with an all-over heat map graphic and stamped with an altered-version of the skateshop’s usual smiley face.

Full release details are still unknown, but pairs should likely arrive to select Nike SB accounts in the coming months. Until then, grab a closer look at the pair here below and stay put for more updates.

Elsewhere in the world of the modified-for-skateboarding silhouette, the Ben and Jerry Nike SB Dunk is set to arrive this summer.
