The Nike Zoom Spiridon Cage 2 Approaches Summer With “Barely Volt”

The Nike Zoom Spiridon Cage 2 Approaches Summer With “Barely Volt”

Having already won over the hearts of the sneaker community thanks to its sold out collaborations with Stussy, the Nike Spiridon Cage 2 is building off of its garnered attention by venturing more into the GR category this season. Following the most recent release of its “Metallic Hematite” colorway, the Steven Smith-designed silhouette is now readying this forthcoming “Barely Volt” entry for the warm Summer days. Visually, the uppers opt for the tonal effect by allowing its titular neon hue to wrap entirely across its hexagon-shaped mesh materials and leather overlays alike. Midsole pieces down below that feature translucent Air units contrast with an angelic finish, and the scaly patterns housed within the forefoot treading alternate between greyscale tones. Expect these to quietly release via Nike.com and select retailers in the coming weeks for their standard $140 USD, and check out more images here below while you wait on their arrival.

For other Nike news, here’s a further look at the Japan-inspired KITH Air Force 1.
