The Air Jordan 1 Low OG Returning In 2021

With dozens of Jordan release dates still left in the year, news of more Air Jordan retros for 2021 continue to emerge. The latest reports that the Jordan 1 Low OG is finally returning since its first relaunch in 2015.

While the low-top Jordan 1 has delivered off-court appeal since 1985, its recent iterations have forgone original form. Next year’s rumored spring-friendly “Neutral Grey” and “Ghost Green” duo bring back “NIKE AIR” branding on the tongue instead of donning Jumpman logos; “23” text is also omitted at the laces. Wings insignias on the full-leather Jordan 1 Low OG are placed higher at the heel than on more recent pairs of the silhouette, and printed, not embroidered. Initial mock-ups of these two releases don’t depict a notable change in shape, but that may change once official images of both pairs surface given February’s return-to-OG-form of Michael Jordan’s first signature shoe.

The Jordan 1 Low OG is tentatively set to return to Nike.com throughout Spring 2021. Until then, enjoy first concepts of the duo here below, but keep in mind that final products are likely to vary.

For more from NIKE, Inc., the original Nike Air Penny 3 is slated to return this year.
