The Nike Zoom Double Stacked To Debut In Black And Volt

When looking at some of the newest Sportswear and performance sneakers being pushed from the Nike offices lately, there appears to be a noticeable emphasis being put on their popular Zoom technology. Especially in exposed and chunky forms as models such as the Zoom Type, AlphaFly NEXT%, and Jordan Air Zoom Renegade have seen through to the utilizing the innovative cushioning system that effectively marries together both function and style. And next month, the Beaverton-headquartered company is poised to welcome a new silhouette that is cut from that same cloth — the Zoom Double Stacked.

Taking the Swoosh’s footwear family to new heights both literally and figuratively, this newest Nike proposal upgrades its midsole unit with not one, but two stacked Zoom units in the rear, providing an aggressive look with an extremely cushy ride for all those who set foot in them. After initially being previewed in a “Barely Volt” colorway, its now sliding in one more option on debut day, one that they’re simply dubbing the “Volt Black”. Uppers and midsoles are manufactured with a stealthy finish, while its subtle hits of neon maneuver their way to the branded Swooshes atop the heels, as tongues, as well as the aforementioned Zoom units down below. Grab a detailed look here, and find these dropping on Nike.com on July 2nd for $230 USD.

In other news, the Jordan 3 Animal Instinct 2.0 releases tomorrow.
