Japanese Raw Denim Inspired This Upcoming Air Jordan 3 Retro

As crazy as it is to say, Fall 2020 is just around the corner, and Jumpman’s got a wide selection of retros to supply their fans with for the upcoming season. Included in the assortment is the Air Jordan 3 which has officially been confirmed to drop in a duo of variations, one being a women’s exclusive, and the other, an iteration inspired by Japanese raw denim.

In relation to the latter, the forthcoming colorway comes blends together elements of both past and present. Its general palette is inspired by the model’s original “Fire Red” option as so reflected by its clean white leather uppers paired with vibrant red hits pasted to the ankle collars and forefoot lace loops. However, its the modernized overlays and heels here that really set these apart from any other Jordan 3. Traditional elephant-patterned regions have been reinterpreted with denim materials, and its translucent heel panel stacks a clear Jumpman logo over the Nike Air branding that sneakerheads tend to be more in favor of. Moreover, Jordan Brand has also confirmed that in addition to these, an Japan-exclusive version will also accompany this release which will feature Japanese Nike Air branding on the heel tab. Take a look at more images here ahead, and find these dropping this Fall likely on SNKRS and Nike.com in the coming months.

For other news, a womens-only black and grey Air Jordan 6 is dropping this year.
