Although newer within The Swoosh’s visible Air-cushioned roster, the Nike Air Max 270 React frequently nods to its heritage-rich lineage. Its latest ode to Air Max history arrives via a “Laser Blue”-reminiscent ensemble.
The blue and greyscale arrangement has appeared on Nike Sportswear classics like the Air Max 90 and Air Max 95. The dual-cushioned lifestyle model ostensibly draws inspiration from the latter given its darker accents right above the midsole. Profile Swooshes, lace loops, Air Max 270-branding on the tongue, and collar lining al indulge in the vibrant blue hue. Underfoot, React foam is accompanied with a plump Airbag at the heel, which boasts a slightly-darker shade of of the pair’s titular tone; accompanying tread keeps things simple in black.
An official Nike.com launch is likely in the works, but this Air Max 270 React is starting to appear at select shops in Asia. In either case, enjoy official images of the pair here below.
