The Nike Air Max 95 Appears In “Memphis Grizzlies” Colors

With just a few months left in the tank for 2020, the Nike Air Max 95 is doing everything in its power to further along its 25th anniversary library by pushing out a wide range of new installments. Lately, we’ve seen the Sportswear staple tap into the spirit of Halloween by costuming itself in Freddy Kruger-esque decor, and now its fashioning itself in a new palette that one can argue is suggestive of Memphis Grizzlies colors.

While not officially associated with the professional ball club, this impending colorway translates their team colors with precision both through the base regions and the accents. Lateral/medial overlays are hued between dark navy and muted blue, and arrive neighbored to bold yellow accents that touch onto the Swooshes, lace loops, and tongue branding. The chunky sole down below is formed with that of a stealthy midsole piece that is color-blocked with matching yellow Air bubbles. You can find more detailed photos here ahead, and note that they’ll be releasing via Nike.com and select retailers in the coming months.

Updated December 1st, 2020: The Nike Air Max 95 “Grizzlies” is available now at Nike.
