The Nike SB Blazer Mid Receives A Faded “Michigan” Look

The Nike SB Blazer Mid Receives A Faded “Michigan” Look

While some recently-inaugurated enthusiast of Nike SB may not care, the Swoosh’s skateboarding subdivision makes more than the SB Dunk Low. Case in point: the SB Blazer Mid.

The modified take on the once-basketball-staple has been lauded for its ankle padding, thick sole unit, and Zoom Air cushioning. Suede and leather iterations of the model have also delivered durability and board feel, which is sure to be the case on this forthcoming pair. While previous releases of the Blazer Mid-variant have opted for loud color palettes and/or complex concepts, the newly-surfaced option keeps things simply with its faded navy and yellow hues, the latter taking over profile swooshes, tongue labels, and heel underlays. The midsole complements its tonal suede in a white arrangement, but its accompanying outsole opts for a light gum brown makeup. Together, each tone creates a scheme reminiscent of the University of Michigan’s team colors.

Enjoy an official look at this SB Blazer Mid here below, as you wait for more information on the shoes’ Nike.com launch to emerge.
