The Ever-Popular Teal And Pink Come Together On The Nike Air Max 90

The Ever-Popular Teal And Pink Come Together On The Nike Air Max 90

Although summer is officially over in a week, it’s being prolonged into the wetter and colder season via footwear clad in vibrant arrangements. Case in point: a Nike Air Max 90 dipped in the bright accents of previous Miami-inspired sneakers.

While predominantly “Black”, the newly-surfaced Air Max option features “New Green” and pink detailing across its branding and TPU components that give it South Beach-appropriate flair. Popularized by LeBron James‘s signature sneaker line, the color scheme has historically surfaced ahead of or during summer for obvious reasons, but its late-appearance on the Air Max 90 is sure to be welcomed well given how 2020 has unfolded. Furthermore, a pattern laden with tree leaves stamps the collar and part of the tongue lining, delivering another touch of SoFlo flavor to Tinker Hatfield’s design. Underfoot, sole units indulge in a mostly “Black/White” combination, but the Airbag brings the high-vis rose hue to the bottom-half.

No stateside release details have been disclosed, but this Air Max 90 is currently available on Nike.com in Europe for the equivalent of $147 USD.

Elsewhere under the Swoosh umbrella, the Air Cross Trainer Low appears poised to make a return soon.
