Relatively hot off the heels of their latest capsule with Prada, adidas is now teaming up with yet another industry name, Swarovski, for a capsule replete with their signature crystal encrusting. Made of three parts, the collection is set to deliver a Superstar, Forum Lo, and — as seen here — a Stan Smith.
Simple by design, the collaboration keeps most of the silhouette’s traditional and most recognizable elements intact, the accessories purveyor only adding atop their motifs in seldom. Portraits of the tennis legend himself as well as the matching green of the heel tab are covered in the glimmering finish, their typical presence quickly made premium thanks as a result. Elsewhere, the leather construction is par for the course, hued in white and perforated along the side for minimal Three Stripes branding; the vamp, by comparison, is just a bit more unique as it adds a branded silver metallic dubrae.
