Ahead of its collaborative Supreme trio, the Nike Air Max Plus has emerged in a handful of colorways appropriate for fall and winter. The latest indulges in a greyscale palette complemented by stark red contrast.
The silhouette’s mesh base and accompanying mixed-materials mudguard set the stage with their grey arrangement. TPU overlays from forefoot to heel deviate from the aforementioned components in a glossy “Black” composition. Profile swooshes and branding on the tongue boast a rich scarlet tone that also animates the sockliner in a fashion reminiscent to the original Air Jordan 1. Underfoot, the shoes’ predominant hue takes a backseat to a “Black/Red” combination that covers not only the midsole and tread, but also the Air Max units.
