Exclusive Look At The PSG x Air Jordan 4

Exclusive Look At The PSG x Air Jordan 4

Paris Saint-Germain F.C. (PSG) and NIKE, Inc. are no strangers, having previously collaborated on a footwear and apparel capsule. And while Neymar Jr., who served as a link between both organizations, has since signed with PUMA, both international brands are moving forward with another collection before 2020 ends. The headliner?: An Air Jordan 4 clad in a compelling “White/Neutral Grey/Black/Bordeaux” palette.

Unlike a previous Jordan 1 and Jordan 5, the forthcoming collaborative retro forgoes a predominantly tonal arrangement. Instead, the ’89-silhouette interrupts its premium leather and suede base with purplish detailing across the upper and sole unit. “Flight” script on the tongue label also indulges in “Bordeaux” – which also appears on the capsule’s Jordan Zoom 92 – as does the “PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN”-branded heel. The “PANAME” tag near the lateral forefoot further nods to the retro’s theme, as the word is used colloquially to refer to Paris and its suburbs. Underfoot, tread boasts every aforementioned hue, save for “Neutral Grey.”

The next Jordan co-created by the storied French football club arrives on October 10th. In the meantime, enjoy an exclusive detailed look at the pair here below.
