Michael Le After its homage to the city back during All-Star Weekend, the Nike Air Flight 89 is poised to return to Chicago very soon, dressing up to the likeness of the flag and its signature palette.
Black suede, mesh, and leather construct the foundation, while the accents around furnish with connection to the aforementioned. Light blue decals dress the eye stay molds both at the top of the tongue and forefoot, matched by both the inner lining as well as the midsole of the tooling. White then surrounds the latter in complement to the lace and profile Swoosh, wrapped atop neutrals and placed adjacent to ornate “Nike Flight” embroidery and thick piping.
