Nike Air Force 1 Low Pixel Offered In Sharp Black Uppers

Nike Air Force 1 Low Pixel Offered In Sharp Black Uppers

In addition to launching women-exclusive silhouettes, NIKE, Inc. has modified existing models specifically for women. The latest proposal arrives in the form of the Nike Air Force 1 Pixel, an off-court, fashion-forward reimagination of Bruce Kilgore’s iconic design.

At a glance, the shoe shares some similarities to the Nike Dunk Low Disrupt, namely the midsole chunkiness. Further inspection, however, reveals detailing unique to the updated Air Force 1. Smooth leather uppers (done in “Black” on the pair pictured here) are accompanied by inverted profile swooshes, as well as reworked lace dubraes and branding on the tongue and heel. Distorted detailing throughout the sole unit play into the “Pixel” iteration’s theme; outsoles feature two contrasting distinctions, which effectively magnify their respective areas à la Off White x Air Jordan 5 profile detailing.

An official Nike.com release date is still unknown, but this women’s Air Force 1 Low-variant is likely to launch before 2020 ends. In the meantime, enjoy images of the pair here below.

For more from the Swoosh, check out the Air Max 95 “Champagne” set to launch soon.

Updated January 27th, 2021: The shoes are available now at Nikestore.
