This Nike Air Max 90 QS Lux Features A Night Silver Upper With Molded Ridges

Ahead of its return to original “Infrared” (or, as it’s being touted, “Radiant Red” form), the Nike Air Max 90 has emerged in several ensembles featuring high-vis shades of red. Its latest proposition pairs “Night Silver” and “Bright Crimson” across a premium, non-standard build.

Grey suede covers most of the pair’s top-half, with toe boxes and panels near the collar indulging in ridges reminiscent of the Air Raid. Bottom TPU eyestays boast “Bright Crimson” flair, which resembles the Air Max model’s inaugural titular hue; detailing towards the heel also partake in the eye-catching contrast, but profile windows and rear logos forgo their typical branding. Remaining details – upper eyestays, tongues and laces, inner lining – keep things simple in black, although the later most component is built from top-quality materials. Underfoot, some semblance of familiarity is introduced to this Nike Sportswear staple as sole units are near-identical to the Air Max 90 “Infrared” that debuted 30 years ago.

An official Nike.com release date is unknown, but this pair is likely to launch within the coming weeks. In the meantime, enjoy official images here below.

For more from the Swoosh, the sacai VaporWaffle begins rolling out on November 6th.
