adidas Yeezy 500 “Utility Black” Returning On November 30th

adidas Yeezy 500 “Utility Black” Returning On November 30th

Kanye West’s promise to make adidas Yeezy accessible to anyone who wants it hasn’t manifested itself into looking like the adidas Superstar‘s situation (yet), but it’s made strides since first being proclaimed five years ago – partially by way of initial production numbers, but more recently through reissues. The latest proposition to join the latter approach is the Yeezy 500 “Utility Black,” which debuted in July 2018.

Synonymous with “versatile,” the adiPRENE-cushioned silhouette features an all-“Utility Black” color scheme across its mixed-materials upper and sole unit. Although its “Feet You Wear”-reminiscent outsole provides impressive traction, the silhouette’s low-trim and exposed mesh base make it less-than-optimal for the fall and winter, especially when compared to its Yeezy 500 High counterpart. Nevertheless, the pair’s return marks a concerted effort by the Yeezy imprint to ensure enthusiasts have another chance at finally acquiring sneakers that were on their wishlists in past years during the upcoming holiday season. (The Yeezy 350 “Bred” from 2017 is slated to return in December.)

Enjoy exclusive images and an unboxing video of Mr. West’s latest proposition here below, as you wait for November 30th.
