As 2020 comes to a close, more and more pairs of the Nike SB Dunk Low continue to be teased for 2021 and beyond. But before arriving in ensembles celebrating the Lunar New Year or commemorating a Supreme collaboration from 17 years ago, the silhouette launches in an (unofficial) “atmos Elephant” colorway on November 11th.
Identical to an Air Max 1 co-created by the aforementioned Japanese boutique, the forthcoming pair makes a statement via both its “Clear Jade” accents and “Medium Grey,” Air Jordan 3-reminiscent patterns across much of its upper. “White” and “Black” panels fill in the gaps at the forefoot and towards the heel, with the latter boasting an ostensibly felt material. Sole units omit any visible Air Max cushioning, but because this is a Nike SB proposition, there are Zoom Air units enclosed by the “yin-and-yang”-colored midsole and outsole combination.
