Tyler, The Creator Adds Polka Dots On Blue Denim To The Golf Wang x Converse Chuck 70

Throughout the last decade, Tyler, The Creator has repeatedly proven that he’s never not working. One of the platforms through which he’s kept fans happy even when no new music has been released has been his Golf Wang empire. Soon, the “IGOR” creator will bring his label’s colorful personality to a Converse Chuck 70 constructed from denim and laden with polka-dots.

Unlike many of his Gianno Ox collaborations, The Creator’s forthcoming pair indulges in a much more vibrant arrangement. Light blue denim pair perfectly with the “Egret” sole unit, as it boasts equal cultural significance. Shimmering silver hardware along the tongue deliver notable contrast, but the sneakers’ real star is the circular pattern that covers every area of the upper. Orange, yellow, green and other solid tones elevate Converse‘s iconic model into a fun proposition; the multi-colored accents also appear throughout the outsole, which isn’t usually the case with non-collaborative pairs. Lastly, sockliners are co-branded, allowing Tyler, The Creator to boast the multi-hyphenate resume of many of his idols.

Enjoy a closer look at the upcoming pair here below, as you wait to secure yours on November 11th for $100 USD.
