Michael Le For a sneakerhead, one of the best parts of purchasing a shoe is the unboxing. And though an experience difficult to emulate, adidas is making a notable attempt as they prepare their atmos exclusive Forum Low “Unveil.”
Upon quick glance, the upper deceives in its simple overbranding. Trefoils of faint, light grey coloring are stamped all throughout, marked across a fabrication that — though robust — quickly reminds of the paper that comes packed inside ever bright blue shoe box. What’s more, in further nod to its inspiration, this crinkled paneling wears away with time, revealing a colorful, graphic-heavy design all throughout the forefoot, profile, heel, and even the strap.
Limited to 500, pairs will be releasing exclusively at atmos Japan on November 14th.
