BSTN Continues The adidas Forum Resurgence With The “Ćevape & Fries” Twin Pack

It’s no secret that sport is a universal language. To celebrate the game of basketball and its unique cultures throughout Europe and the United States of America, German retailer BSTN has prepped the adidas Forum “Ćevape & Fries” twin-pack.

Both predominantly clad in “White,” the Lo and Hi propositions feature a few tones prominent within hoops heritage: navy, yellow and gold. Each pair comes accompanied by a matching gym-bag and water bottle, with the taller option nodding to the basketball dominance of the Balkans. It features a rich shade of yellow that harkens back to Croatia’s Košarkaški Klub Split, previously known as Jugoplastika, which is stamped onto the sneakers’ lateral heel. The “Fries” counterpart doesn’t boast any direct nod to a stateside basketball team. Instead, its tri-colored arrangement captures the spirit of American varsity hoops, with “FORUM” and “1984” branding on the shoes and their accompanying accessories indulging in a collegiate font. Both pairs also feature co-branding on the tongue label and sockliner, but only the Forum Lo dons a semi-translucent light blue outsole.

BSTN and adidas‘ “Ćevape & Fries” collaboration is only limited to 150 pairs and is exclusively available at the German retailer’s webstore via raffle. To enter, participants must donate €1-donation ($1.19 USD) to the Seebruecke.org charity. The raffle runs from November 17th to November 20th, with winners announced on November 21st.
